Charlotte Bories is a french artist from Paris, now based in Bali (Indonesia). In 2008, she graduated with a master’s degree in Art at College of Fine Arts. Ten years later, she fell in love with underwater model photography.
For Charlotte, who has always been full of imagination, this medium was the perfect way to blur the lines between dreams and reality. She often combines underwater photography with digital tools to create the poetical and surreal pictures she has in mind. She draws her inspiration from myths, legends, fairy tales and Art History.
In 2020, she received the title of "ND Special Discovery of the Year" as the winner of the ND AWARDS international photography contest in the Special category, for her art series Sleeping Waters.
Charlotte uses the Canon EOS 6D Mark II, 16-35mm lens, and the Trim Weight System.

Charlotte Bories is an underwater portrait photographer located in Bali, Indonesia. Originally from France, Charlotte began diving at the age of 14. Since then, she has created images that evoke a sense of dream-like wonder. Whether it's a mother/daughter photoshoot or a commercial photoshoot, Charlotte's unique touch can be seen in every image.
